Wendy Denue, District RN
Where did you attend school?
I attended high school in Hudson. When I became an RN, I first went to Columbia-Greene and then received my BSN through Capella University.
What are your interests outside of school?
One of my favorite things to do outside of school is to read! I love a good book.
What was your favorite subject in school?
My favorite subject in school was Music.
Why are you looking forward to working in the NLCSD?
I am looking forward to working with students.

I am left handed.
Norma Face, Teacher Aide
Where did you attend school?
I attended NLCSD and am a 1987 graduate. I also attended HVCC and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Telecommunications.
What are your interests outside of school?
I enjoy gardening and spending time at camp with my family and 2 dogs, on Lake Champlain.
My favorite subject in school was math.
Why are you looking forward to working in the NLCSD?
I am excited to work with and meet the incredible staff and assist students as much as possible.

I retired from Verizon in June 2022 after 35 1/2 years.
Cynthia Hanger, Hall Monitor
Where did you attend school?
I went to Nogales High School in California. I am from Indiana.
What are your interests outside of school?
Other then spending time with family and friends, I like to read and watch movies.
What was your favorite subject in school?
History and photography. In those days the film was 35 mm and 110 roll. You had to break the rolls apart in complete darkness and put the film in a special canister then take it to the dark room to add in special solutions.
Why are you looking forward to working in the NLCSD?
It is close to my home, my daughter works there and my grandkids attend school here. I get along with kids of all ages. I came out of retirement so I guess you could say my interest is working with kids.

I came from a family of 10 kids. I’ve lived in six different states.
