Students from the New Lebanon Central School District’s Music Department have been selected to participate in the Columbia County Music Educators Association (CCMEA) All County Music Festival on Thursday, April 3, and Friday, April 4, 2014. This festival will be hosted by the Ichabod Crane Central School District and will be held in the ICHS Auditorium. Students in All County Elementary Chorus, Junior High Band, and High School Chorus will represent Chatham, New Lebanon, Germantown, Hudson, Taconic Hills and the Ichabod Crane school districts.
Students will participate in intense after school rehearsals on Thursday and Friday under the direction of conductors from the Capital District and beyond. The all county experience will culminate in a concert on Friday, April 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the ICHS Auditorium. Doors will open to the public at 7:00 p.m. The event is free.
