Students from the New Lebanon Music Department were selected for the All County Music Festival hosted by the Hudson City School District on March 5 & 7, 2014. The festival, run by the Columbia County Music Educators Association (CCMEA), consisted of students in All County Elementary Band, Junior High Chorus, and High School Band representing Chatham, New Lebanon, Germantown, Hudson, Taconic Hills and the Ichabod Crane school districts.
Students participated in intense after school rehearsals on Wednesday and Friday under the direction of conductors from the Capital District and beyond. The all county experience culminated in a concert on Friday evening, March 7.
