Recently, students in Timothy Christiansen’s Health Class attended the Second Annual Youth Summit at the Albany Capital Center. Speakers presented a wide variety of topics ranging from distracted driving, mental health concerns, substance abuse and gun safety. The summit had nearly 700 students from 31 different schools. This event was hosted by the Northeastern Community Action Partnership.
