All BNL Student Athletes must have enough practices to participate in the first game/match/meet.

SWIMMING/BASKETBALL/BOWLING/ CHEER – 6 PRACTICES

WRESTLING – 10  PRACTICES

Please note: If your athlete played at a higher-level last year/season or completed the Athletic Placement Process (APP) for that sport already, you may sign them up at the higher level. (APP is for evaluating students in grades 7th and 8th who are selected to be considered for JV or Varsity High School athletic competition.)  PRACTICES STARTED for JV & VARSITY, MONDAY November 14th.  After this, the athlete will be reclassified to the higher-level sport on FamilyID, if applicable.

Girls and Boys Swimming

Practice will be at New Lebanon Jr./Sr. High School 2:30 – 4:25 pm. Please ride the daily sports shuttle to your practice if you are a Berlin student-athlete.

Varsity Bowling

Practices 3:30 – 5:00 pm Hoosick Falls Bowling Alley

Varsity Cheer

Practices 2:45-4:40 pm Berlin Middle High School

Varsity Girls and Boys Wrestling

Practice will be at New Lebanon Jr./Sr. High School  from 2:30 – 4:25 pm. Please ride the daily sports shuttle to your practice if you are a Berlin student-athlete.

Girls and Boys Varsity & JV Basketball

Practice will rotate daily between Berlin Middle High School and New Lebanon Jr./Sr. High School.

Practice time is 5 – 7 pm. Please note the  BMHS weight room will be open from 2:15 – 4:40 pm.  BNL student-athletes may utilize the after school shuttles to get to the BMHS weight room. All athletes having practice from 5 -7 pm in New Lebanon may board the 4:40 pm shuttle for their 5 pm practice.

Modified Cheer practices 2:45-4:40 pm Berlin Middle High School
