Here is some information that Mr. Rielly shared about himself. Congratulations!
Where did you work previously?
I began my career as an elementary school teacher in the Schenectady City School District, taught 10 years as a 3rd, 5th and 6th grade teacher then was a Curriculum and Instructional Coach for two years. I did my School District Business Leader internship at Niskayuna CSD and I spent one year as Schenectady’s Assistant School Business Official, then went to Voorheesville where I was the business official for a little more than three years.
What is your education?
I have a master’s degree in Elementary Education from The College of St. Rose and a master’s in Educational Leadership (School District Business Leader) from Pace University. Prior to my career in public education I worked in the private sector in the electrical construction industry.
What do you look forward to in your new position?
I’m looking forward to the reopening of school and meeting the students, faculty and staff.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Aside from work I enjoy golfing, fishing, spending time with my family, and watching the Yankees and Chicago Bears.
