Free COIVD test kits will be available to families of students tomorrow, Tuesday, January 4, 2022. Please read below for more information.
When: Pick up is on Tuesday, January 4, 2022
3:45pm – 5:45pm
Where: Jr./Sr. High School Entrance – Outside
Details: These tests are for families of students who attend the New Lebanon Central School District. A parent or guardian of a New Lebanon student is eligible to pick up two COVID tests per student at no cost (the limit is one test kit of 2 per child).
These tests were given to the district to distribute by the state of New York with the goal of keeping our schools open. These tests are not mandated and offered to our families for your convenience and to use as you wish. We recommend that you use these tests for your child with the purpose of helping to make sure children do not attend school when they are COVID positive.
If you are interested in receiving a test kit for your child, but can’t pick one up on Tuesday, please send an email or note to your child’s principal. This request will have to be made in writing to your child’s principal and they will help make arrangements with you for another pick up day or time.
Remember picking up take home test kits for your family is completely optional.
