Columbia County Department of Health is holding its second vaccination clinic for ages 5 to 11 at the New Lebanon Jr/Sr. High School cafeteria on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 after school from 4pm to 6:30pm. This clinic is for students who have received their first shot at the November 16th clinic.
Moderna Boosters will also be available. All Adults 18 and older who have had their second Moderna or Pfizer shot six months ago or Johnson and Johnson shot two months ago are eligible.
