Technology Committee Minutes

Present: Dottie Rogers, Janet Haley, Scott Paterson, Ben Long, Matt Klafehn, Becky Vaillancourt, April Phelps, Anthony Vescio

The following topics were discussed:

1. Minutes

a. Members approved the minutes from the October meeting.

2. Prioritizing

a. The committee reviewed the itemized list of hardware requests from the faculty and staff.

b. The committee began to consolidate and evaluate all hardware requests

3. Flash Drives

a. Ten flash drives were ordered for the New Lebanon Central School District. Five flash drives have been bar-coded and assigned to the elementary school library. The remaining five drives have been bar-coded and are located in the high school library.

4. Adult Education

a. Shannon, Dottie and /or Nicole will be teaching the Adult Education Classes.

b. Information about the Adult Education classes was put in the Informer and sent out in the November issue.

5. Technology Plan Evaluation
