On April 15, New Lebanon High School students interested in learning more about apprenticeship and training programs visited the Operating Engineers Local 158 in Glenmont and the Carpenters Local 291 in Albany. This was a great opportunity for students who are interested in pursuing careers in either carpentry or heavy equipment operation and mechanics. Students participated in both discussions and hands-on activities such as a heavy equipment simulator.
