Happy spring! I hope you and your family is enjoying this beautiful weather. It is hard to believe the month of June is almost upon us. As most of you are aware, the last couple weeks are incredibly busy at WBH. Please take a look at the dates below and mark them on your calendar.
I want to congratulate Ms. Simmons on her new baby girl, Carly. Ms. Rizzo will be teaching math to our 5th and 6th graders for the rest of the school year. Let’s give Ms. Rizzo a big WBH welcome!
Please join us for our end of the year family Picnic on June 10th at 6:30pm. This picnic will be a great opportunity for families to come together and celebrate another successful school year at WBH. At 6pm on June 10th our PTA will also hold a Color Run before the family picnic. This is a fundraiser for our PTA. Please register at www.schoolathon.org (our group ID number is 120315.)
I want to thank our PTA for their hard work and dedication to our school community. A big thank you goes out to our executive board members for their commitment. Without these great people we would not have all of the wonderful community events and activities here at WBH. Please think about joining the PTA next year and volunteering at an event. Look for more details on how to get involved in September.
