On Tuesday, May 20, New Lebanon Central School District residents will vote on the 2014-15 proposed budget, elect two Board members and decide on two propositions – Use of Capital Reserve Fund and Establish a New Capital Reserve Fund. Voting will take place from Noon to 9 p.m. at Walter B. Howard Elementary School. The $12,765,996 plan increases spending by only 2.61 percent, or $325,206 over the current year, and carries a tax levy increase of 0 percent. The spending plan retains all staff and current programming and opportunities for students. The budget newsletter was mailed to all residents and can also be downloaded here.
