A special meeting was held at the Jr./Sr. High School. The meeting was called to order by Board President Mattoon at 6:00 p.m. and opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENT: Board Members, Mattoon, Southard, Magin, Luhrmann, Sowalski, Wood, Gavrity, and Superintendent McGraw.

Motion To Go To Executive Session Board Member Wood made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss
personnel matters at 6:00 p.m.
Seconded by Board Member Southard.
